First Session: June 6-12, 2011. Second Session: July 28-August 3, 2011

Directed by Geoff Roes - 2009 & 2010 "Ultrarunner of the Year."
Two sessions for 2017: June 12-18 & July 20-26

Our scholarship program is designed to help individuals interested in attending Alaska Mountain Ultrarunning Camp who could not otherwise afford to do so. It is our belief that everyone benefits when people from all different backgrounds and walks of life are able to experience things which might otherwise not be available to them. The economic, social, and ethnic diversity which this scholarship program has added to our camps has had a noticeable positive impact on everyone's experience.

Depending on the amount of funding we can secure we intend to offer at least one (and likely more) full scholarships each year (including air travel up to $850 to/from Juneau).

All scholarships have been rewarded for 2017. Please check back sometime in the fall if you wish to apply for a scholarship for 2018.

The success of this program depends largely on individual donors. That is, runners who are interested in helping fellow runners partake in something which they might otherwise never consider a possibility. In doing so you will be helping us broaden the sport of trail running to a more diverse and unique crowd. Something which we think will be a benefit to every trail runner. Any amount will be helpful toward realizing this goal. Please click the link below to donate online through paypal:
